The client manufactures precision automotive components used in vehicle fuel and accelerator systems. These parts require accurate forming because each component must match exact design requirements before being assembled into the vehicle system.

Before Tech4LYF’s solution, the calculation process was manual and time-consuming. Operators had to calculate radius, angle, arc length, feed movement, rotation value, and sequence before running the machine.

This process created a high dependency on operator skill. If the calculation was wrong, the output component shape became incorrect, leading to rejection, rework, material loss, and production delay.

Tech4LYF built a JavaFX desktop application that converted component input data into machine-ready production values. The application was integrated with the existing machine workflow, allowing the final calculated program to be executed through a controlled production process.

The solution helped the client move from manual calculation dependency to a structured, software-driven manufacturing workflow.

Tech4LYF developed a JavaFX-based automotive pipe forming software system integrated with the client’s existing production machine workflow.

The application allowed operators to enter component details, select component type, calculate forming values, validate the output, and prepare the program for machine execution.

The software combined calculation workflows for petrol lines, accelerator lines, SUMI components, and common automotive component forming requirements. Instead of using separate manual methods, operators could manage multiple component types from a single desktop application.

The calculated values were converted into machine-ready parameters so the production system could execute feeding, rotation, forming, and sequence-based movement based on software-generated data.

This created a controlled workflow where forming calculations were generated, reviewed, validated, and executed through one connected system.
