Food delivery app development requires more than a customer-facing ordering screen. A successful platform needs a complete operational ecosystem that connects customers, restaurants, delivery partners, and administrators in real time.

Wingo Eats wanted to build a full-scale food delivery platform that could manage online food ordering, restaurant onboarding, menu management, order acceptance, delivery assignment, delivery partner tracking, payment workflows, customer communication, and admin-level business control.

Tech4LYF designed and developed the complete platform using Flutter for the mobile applications and Laravel for the backend system. The project included three mobile apps and two admin panels: a customer app, restaurant app, delivery partner app, super admin panel, and restaurant admin panel.

Over a one-year development and deployment journey, Tech4LYF built a scalable food delivery system capable of handling real-time ordering workflows, restaurant operations, delivery tracking, and platform-level management.

The business problem

The client needed a complete food delivery platform that could support multiple user roles, real-time coordination, and smooth order movement from customer placement to restaurant preparation and final delivery.

The project was complex because food delivery platforms depend on multiple connected workflows happening at the same time. A customer places an order, the restaurant must accept and prepare it, the delivery partner must be assigned, and the platform must continuously update the order status.

What Tech4LYF built

Tech4LYF developed Wingo Eats as a complete multi-platform food delivery ecosystem using Flutter and Laravel.

The solution included three mobile applications and two admin panels. Each platform was designed for a specific user role while staying connected through a centralized backend.

The customer app focused on discovery, ordering, tracking, and customer convenience. The restaurant app focused on order acceptance, preparation updates, and restaurant-side operations. The delivery partner app focused on pickup, navigation, delivery status updates, and real-time field execution.

The super admin panel was built to help the platform team manage the complete business from one place. It included restaurant management, user management, delivery partner management, order monitoring, commission control, offer management, reporting, and business settings.

The restaurant admin panel was created for restaurant owners and managers to manage their menu, pricing, orders, availability, business information, and operational data.

Together, these systems created a connected platform where every order could move through a structured workflow from customer placement to final delivery.
